Tunley Construction loves to be involved in the early stages of your planning.
If you engage us early in the process alongside your architect of choice,
we will work together to provide you with an accurate build cost which falls within your budget.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
We can be as involved in your new build as you like, either as much or as little depending on your personal requirements.
We use our preferred and trusted sub-trades, however should you have your own preferred sub-trades you wish to use then we can work with them on your build, making it as seamless as possible.
We also offer labour rates if this is your preference, you may wish to project manage yourself and have your preferred sub-trades that you want to deal with directly.
We are flexible to suit you and your build.
